Vegetarian Cooking Workshop: Super Salads

Think salads are just lettuce? Discover a whole new world of possibilities, from mexican bean salad with tortillas to lemon cous cous salad. These quick, easy and delicious vegetarian and vegan salads will make you want to have salad every night!

Materials will be provided, and the workshops will take place at our office off Milton Road (for directions and map, see here). Donations are greatly appreciated to help cover costs (recommended £5/person).
