Following on from our highly popular Burgers Delight and Super Salads workshops earlier this year, CCF ran a Vegan Baking workshop in May. Our expert vegans, Oscar Gillespie and Tehnuka Ilanko demonstrated common vegan substitutions and gave participants the chance to try out a couple recipes on the evening.
