The edible garden at Browns Field Community Centre planted this past spring by volunteers with Transition Cambridge’s Growing Spaces Project was the subject of this evening workshop. Attendees learned how to dry herbs in the oven and took home lots of dried dried lots of rosemary from the Browns Field’s hedges for their kitchens at home.
