On Tuesday 1 September, volunteers from a local technology company, Xylem, are applying their technical skills to fix existing products instead of developing new ones. All repairs are free and donations are welcome to support the network. Tea, coffee (instant!) and cake will be available.
Fill out this form to request a repair slot. We will likely have some repair slots available for walk-ins on the day so come along even if you haven’t booked. Be aware we have a much higher repair rate with items booked in in advance, as our repairers can do some research.
Our experienced repairers include mechanical, electrical and software engineers, who love the repair café ethos and being part of the local community. They will repair Household items, Electronics, Bikes, Sewing and Jewellery.
There is some street parking along the road, and we are negotiating use of the car-park around the back of Radio House, off of Logan’s Way. Plenty of bike parking. Please let us know if you need an accessible parking space.
