Sustainable Rampton is delighted to be running our third Repair Café at Rampton Village Hall on Saturday 14 March 2026.
Types of items – our team of experienced volunteer repairers can help with sewing repairs, repairs on small household appliances, electrical items, sewing machines, bikes, mechanical items, laptops*, jewellery and much more. While we cannot promise to fix everything our repairers will do their very best.

Drop in appointments – you can also turn up on the day to see if someone can help and we’ll do our best to slot you in around the booked repairs – but we can’t guarantee someone will be available and you may need to wait. While you’re waiting you will be able to sample our delicious cakes and enjoy chatting to our fantastic band of volunteer helpers and other visitors.
Repairs are free but we welcome donations which help cover the cost of any spares used in the repair, our insurance, hall hire and also pays for refreshments for the repairers.
Transport links – unfortunately there is no public transport to the village on Saturdays. However, there is a well used pedestrian/cycle path connecting Cottenham and Rampton. The village hall has a good sized car park with a designated disabled space and a rack for bikes.
Access arrangements – Rampton Village Hall has level access throughout.
Refreshments – hot and cold drinks together with delicious cakes will be available to buy. Please note this is a cash only event.
