The Grand Arcade’s first Repair Cafe!

We are delighted to be bringing a Repair Cafe to the Grand Arcade as part of Let’s Go Circular week and will be setting up a pop-up shop next-door to Raspberry Pi on the first floor of the Grand Arcade on Saturday 29th October.

Experienced volunteer repairers from the Cambridgeshire Repair Cafe Network will be on hand to mend your:

• Electrical items, such as blenders and coffee makers;
• Mechanical items, such as tools and toys;
• Clothing and textiles, including the Cambridge classic ‘bike crotch’ jeans fix;
• Jewellery and more!

There will be homemade cakes, teas and coffees to enjoy whilst you wait. Our repairs are free. We welcome donations to help us expand our Repair Cafe network.

Bookings are now open. If you can carry it to us, we’ll be happy to take a look and try to mend it for you! Please read our repair agreement and fill in a booking form HERE to secure a slot.
