Destination Restoration II: join our journey to a flourishing world

Destination Restoration II: join our journey to a flourishing world

Sat 28 Mar 2026, – Sun 29 Mar 2026, 11:00am – 4:30pm

Join pupils from Parkside Community College’s Social Action Group, Comberton Village College and other local schools to engage with them on an interactive exhibition to explore humanity’s journey to a flourishing world, where the climate has stabilised and nature is restored.

The whole family is invited to join an immersive journey through a beautiful, restored world. You will travel through landscapes filled with wildlife and stop at Conversation Stations where students explore your role in encouraging nature to thrive, assess your ecological footprints and consider how you could tread more lightly on our planet. Finally, you will be invited to consider how you will join hands to reach Destination Restoration.

Our Flourishing World is part of the Family Festival weekend at  University Centre, Granta Place, Mill Lane on Saturday 28th March, 11am – 4:30pm and Sunday 29th March, 12pm – 4:30pm. No booking required, a FREE event.

Organised in partnership with Cambridge Carbon Footprint, Comberton Village College, other local schools, science activists and Community Artist Hilary Cox Condron.
