Wed 11 Sep 2024, 7:00pm – 9:00pm
In the same month that we experienced the warmest ever day in Earth’s recent history, we also got a big change in Government. In addition our cherished Manager of 12 years, Alana announced that she was returning to Australia…so this will be her last AGM! Please join us to look back on another incredible year for CCF, and look forward and consider what’s next.
It can be hard to stay positive and take action. That’s why CCF’s legacy of inspiring and supporting people, organisations and businesses to act on their concerns is more vital now than ever. The challenge is huge. Looking back, this last year we nearly doubled the number of events we ran! Over 2000 volunteers helped make this happen and 7700 people joined us in taking action. Given this incredible growth, and the new landscape we find ourselves in we’d like your views and ideas on how we most effectively embrace change and opportunity, and collaborate for maximum impact. We know there’s a huge amount of knowledge and expertise in the city and surrounds – please come with actionable ideas that might shape our work.
Our AGMs are a great place to network and there will be delicious drinks and snacks. Please let us know you’d like to join us by RSVPing here.
Members: existing CCF Members will be contacted separately. Only CCF Members can vote during the formal portion of our AGM and we warmly welcome new Members. If you’d like to sign-up and have more of a say, you need to share our aims and general approach, take an interest in our work and its success, and be willing to attend CCF Company Meetings, usually once a year at our AGM.
