Climate-Friendly Voluntary Groups


Siobhan describes steps small organisations can take to be more climate-friendly

Cambridge Carbon Footprint ran a training programme for voluntary groups with Cambridge Council for Voluntary Services at Llandadd Chambers on 9 February.

Siobhan and Mark from Cambridge Carbon Footprint lead the session which included:

  • case studies of small organisations, their particular challenges and how they overcome them
  • thinking creatively about the future using backcasting techniques
  • a showing of move The Age Of Stupid
  • facilitated discussion about the issues of climate change and what voluntary organisations can do to help
