This is the first, of our two part “How to run a Repair Cafe” training. These sessions are intended for people who are interested in running a Repair Cafe.
Part 1 – Is this for me?: This first session will give you an overview of what’s involved in running a Repair Cafe. You’ll meet existing Repair Cafe organisers, meet other people thinking of starting one up, find out about first steps to get you started and have the chance to ask any questions.
The second session will take place on Tuesday 26th September 7.30pm-8.30pm.
Part 2 – Step-by-step guide: We’ll take you through the various resources available to support you and go through a step-by-step example of how to organise a Repair Cafe. Again there’ll be plenty of opportunity for questions.
Both sessions will take place on zoom. Depending on interest, we may divide the group up by location and offer additional dates. We recommend that you find 2 to 3 people from your organisation/local area who are interested in running a Repair Cafe and all attend the training.
