On Saturday 18th May, Cambourne Village College are organising their second Eco Festival on the school premises in Sheepfold Lane, Cambourne, Cambridge CB23 6 FR.
As an Eco School we are organising this educational, interactive event to bring awareness and ideas about solutions to the impending climate crisis to our young people, friends and families as well as members of the public. We want to show our visitors where they may be able to make small changes in their personal lives to tackle various issues: Restoring used items with the Repair Shop, swapping clothes in the Swish Clothes Shop, getting advice on how to make sustainable food choices, learning about how to reduce and reuse waste, as well as many fun activities with our contributing primary and secondary schools and many other organisations.
Do join us for our three-hour Festival, get lots of positive ideas and meet like-minded people! There is no cost involved but some stalls may charge a small fee if you join their activities.
