Anni Sander is a Project Manager at both Cambridge Carbon Footprint and a big engineering consultancy, and is also mum to three children. Anni is leading the Plastic Free Hitchin initiative that’s helping local businesses and people to avoid waste. She can share her experience of living car free as a family, using reusable nappies, eating vegetarian and vegan with kids, reusing and buying pre-loved, and raising children in a climate emergency.
