Do you have any clothes at the back of your wardrobe you don’t wear anymore? Then please save them for the Abbey Swish (clothes swap party) coming early in the new year. Join us for a fun evening celebrating sustainable fashion – while you wait for the clothes to be sorted, you can enjoy a drink, browse the stalls including a pre-loved clothing sale with Trash Chic, and relax with our sewing circle.
You can bring up to ten items of clothing to swap and they should be in good clean condition. We are accepting women’s, men’s and children’s clothes, shoes and accessories. Please do not bring underwear, dirty clothes or clothes in bad condition.
In addition to the above Lucy will be offering Mini Magic Colour Sessions. Colour is an important element of your personal style, has an effect on how you feel and is a great way of expressing your unique way of dressing. Knowing the colours that flatter you makes shopping and having a harmonious and creative wardrobe easier. Booking details coming soon.
This event is for everyone and is free to attend. Donations welcomed however to support running more climate action events in Abbey.
