Swavesey Repair Cafe

The Swavesey Sustainability Hub are running their third Repair Café on 29 April at the Swavesey Memorial Hall. Their volunteer repairers will be offering sewing repairs, tool and knife sharpening, bicycles, general mechanical and electrical repairs. The Repair Café is part of a larger family friendly event with lots of other activities, including an Imaginarium where people are invited to build and create and imagine the future they would like to see, a ‘give and take’ for low maintenance and wildlife friendly seeds and garden trees/shrubs (see below),  games, bird feeder building, and children’s activities. All FREE.

Doing gardening spring cleaning? Please save us all those little indigenous flower seedlings/plants that were going to be put in your compost- pot them up and save them! Please bring them along to this event to donate, or swap for something else. Happy to collect, just D.M the Sustainability Hub on Facebook. Seeds are also welcome! (Labelled please.)
