St Ives EcoAction’s First Repair Cafe!

We are delighted that St Ives EcoAction will be hosting its first ever Repair Cafe on Sat 8th Oct, 1-4pm at the Methodist Church Hall.

All are invited to bring along their broken items for an experienced repairer to mend for free (though there are no guarantees!). A Repair Cafe with friendly repairers can be really fun and a great way to pick up some new mending skills.

We welcome the following items:

– Bicycles, jewellery, ceramics, sewing repairs and general bits’n’bobs

–  Computers and mobile phones

–  Electrical items and small household appliances

To ensure your slot with a repairer, please book your item in by emailing:stivesrepaircafe@gmail.com You can turn up on the day but may have to wait.

There will home made cakes and drinks to enjoy. This event is free but donations will be gratefully accepted (cash).
