Home preserving

From fresh pickles and relishes to juicy jams and jellies, making preserves is a fantastic way to capture the taste and nutrients of local, seasonal produce for the chilly, winter months and avoid wasting delicious fruit and vegetables. It is also a lot of fun!

Between June and October, we hope to organise a number of informal home preserving sessions in kitchens in and around Cambridge. Everyone is welcome – from complete novices to veteran canners!
