Carbon Conversations

Carbon Conversations-10Join us for Carbon Conversations,  a series of six engaging meetings addressing climate change in a different way. The meetings will cover climate change and carbon emissions and will help participants explore their own responses to it, including their ideas for a low-carbon future and the four key areas of the footprint – home energy, travel, food and other consumption.

The meetings allow participants to examine their values, lifestyle and identity in a friendly setting and to come to terms both  emotionally and practically with low carbon living. Most members make reductions of 1 tonne CO2 during the meetings and develop plans to reduce further.

Hosted by experienced facilitators Jane Heal and Elizabeth May this group will meet in a home in North Cambridge from 7.30 to 9.30 pm on Wednesdays 4th, and 18th March, 1st and 22nd of April, and the 6th of May. There will also be a sixth more informal follow up meeting to be arranged for a later date.

The course costs £20 which includes all meetings and the Carbon Conversations handbook. To register your interest email info@cambridgecarbonfootprint.org or click the button below.
