It’s easy to feel powerless if you rent your home, but there are actually lots of things you can do to save both energy and money. This friendly workshop will explain what tenants can legally do and help you to find ways of approaching your landlord so he or she will do more. Along the way we’ll introduce you to the mysteries of available grants, Landlords Energy Savings Allowances, EPCs and the City Council’s Landlord Accreditation Scheme – all of which may help you.
