The 5:2 Good Food Challenge is at an end!

On Thursday 22nd May the curtains came down on CCF’s latest challenge. 52 people took part which is fantastic. Participants can count themselves amongst  famous vegans and vegetarians including  Albert Einstein, Leonardo da Vinci, Martina Navratilova, Gandhi and Russell Brand!

We hope that the recipes have been good, the sustainable local food signposting useful and the quotes of the day motivational rather than cheesy? Here in the office we have been really pleased at how open to veganism the children in partaking families have been.

What now? If you’d like to learn how to make some more vegan and veggie foods then come along to our skillshare and repair event  A Perfect Summer’s Day on Sat 21st June. If you’d like to continue exploring  your good food options then sign up to our one-to-one, super friendly Eco-coaching sessions
